A professor at the Australian Centre for Research on Separation Science (ACROSS) and the University of Tasmania, Michael was recently recognised in the inaugural Top 40 Under 40 Power List of the global publication Analytical Scientist for his pioneering new research in the development and application of ultra-sensitive capillary and microchip electrophoresis for the trace analysis of environmental, clinical and forensic samples, as well as in methods for the low-cost fabrication of microfluidic devices. Michael provides support to continually improve on the existing GreyScan technology solution.
